For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body...and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:13

Wow! If I had to read this scripture a few year ago, I would not know what the meaning was. Today, I look at it with a different heart and eyes wide open.

It is strange to think that there was a time that I was so blinded by my own ways. So blinded with what the world offers. Many times I think how on earth can I share Jesus with others. They will not have the slightest idea of how amazing it is to finally see. It is just so difficult to explain to a non-believer what it feels like to really understand. Things that was hidden, suddenly emerge. All of this because of the Holy Spirit.

I am completely going of track here today, but I cannot help to realize the enormity of what has happened in my life. Every single day, I can feel more. Feeling more in love, more devoted, even more challenged to ensure the self inside dies, because what is given is overwhelming and it is good at the same time. 

So what does this verse mean? We all died with Adam and when you accept Jesus, your sins were buried when he died on the cross, and when he arose from the dead, you were given new life. I hope that makes sense. I suppose I can explain it a bit better. Basically the Holy Spirit baptized us into Christ with all other believers. He gives us the love for others. 

Have you ever met another Christian, even for the first time and then just feel that instant connection, there is oneness, you have a common bond.

The Holy Spirit is the One Spirit who gives us unity in the Body of Christ. Ephesians 4:4: "There is one body and one Spirit."

It has happened so many times with me. It is so much easier to connect with another Christian that loves Jesus and walks with Him daily. You can feel the bond, experience the bond...it is just so amazing. Especially if you have a past where you do not normally open up to people, due to circumstances and so forth, but in the Holy Spirit we are all one and you cannot deny the bond we feel and experience. Instant love, instant relationship! 

Praise Lord Jesus, Praise the Holy Spirit, Praise our Almighty God who was and is and is to come.
